How we built a complete digital presence from scratch — website, Meta ad funnels, AI-powered SDR, and automated appointment booking — so all the lawyer has to do is lawyer work.
What they were dealing with
Joshua Halpern is a former BigLaw attorney who launched a flat-fee legal services firm to make quality legal help accessible to small business owners nationwide. But he had no website, no marketing funnel, no way to capture and convert leads at scale, and no time to respond to inquiries while managing active cases. He needed a complete digital presence — built fast — that would generate leads and convert them without him touching a keyboard.
The solution
We built everything from scratch using AI: a full React website with service pages and intake forms, Meta ad campaigns targeting business owners nationwide, server-side conversion tracking (Facebook CAPI), and an AI SDR that handles every inbound lead from first touch to booked consultation. The entire system was designed so Josh only shows up for the consultation call — everything before that is automated.
